The new country policy and information guidance on Cameroon has been published by the Home Office today addressing the issue of persecution or serious harm by non-state agents in Cameroon because either:

  1. the person will be subjected to female genital mutilation (FGM); and
  2. the person refuses to undergo FGM; and / or
  3. the person is the parent of a child and is opposed to the procedure in a place where there is a real risk of it being carried out.
