Guidance: Guidance for Croatian nationals on working in the UK

Updated: From 1 July 2018 Croatians will no longer be subject to restrictions on their access to the UK labour market.

Use this guidance if you are a Croatian national and want to apply for permission to work in the UK or if you are employing a Croatian national.

The current registration requirements for Croatian workers will expire on 30 June 2018. From 1 July 2018 Croatians, like other EU citizens, will be able to take up any employment in the UK without the need to first get worker authorisation from the Home Office.
